Door IV · For companies
Culture does not change with one more speech. It changes when it is practiced.
Camino Corporativo offers workshops and ongoing support for work teams. We work so that leaders decide with calm, teams treat each other better, and sales stop depending on pressure.

What often happens in companies
A company can have good tools and a tired team.
More meetings, more processes and more platforms don’t fix a tense atmosphere on their own. Results also depend on how each person is doing when they listen, decide, negotiate and respond.
Leaders
Decisions under pressure
Conversations get put off, leaders carry everything, and decisions are made under stress.
HR and people teams
Values nobody sees
The values are written down, but you don’t see them in meetings, in silences or in how conflicts get solved.
Sales teams
Selling under urgency
Customers are barely listened to, there is fear of losing the sale, and deals close with pressure instead of trust.
What we base our work on
Science, exercises and symbols. We tell you which is which.
At SEIKÔ we use three different things and present them separately: topics that science studies, wellbeing exercises and symbolic language.
What science studies
How the brain learns and changes (neuroplasticity), how attention works and how we handle emotions. It is the base for training new responses.
Exercises with the body
Breathing, paying attention, listening to your body and moving calmly. They are wellbeing resources.
Symbolic language
Words like field, frequency, elements or archetypes. We use them as symbols to reflect, not as science.
These practices do not replace diagnosis, treatment or medical or psychological support.
How we look at a company
We don’t look for someone to blame. We look at the whole picture.
A company is a web of habits, conversations, tensions and decisions. The assessment shows where the problem starts and what kind of work makes sense.

Five steps so change doesn’t stay a good intention.
The MIC Method is our way of working. It turns one big problem into five clear steps. Not every company starts at the same step.
01 · Recognize
See what is happening
We make visible the tensions, silences and habits the team already sees as normal.
02 · Reprogram
Change the autopilot
We review the beliefs and habits that affect how people lead, work together or negotiate.
03 · Restore
Return to calm
We train breathing and attention so people don’t react on autopilot under pressure.
04 · Relate
Speak differently
We bring listening and trust into how leaders, team and clients relate. That way, what is said and what is done go together.
05 · Expand
Make it a habit
What one person learns passes to the team, and what the team learns passes to the daily life of the whole company.
Optional
A symbolic layer
Sometimes we use symbols, such as frequencies or figures (archetypes), to invite reflection. We always make clear they are symbols, not science or medicine.
Frequently asked questions
What people usually ask us before starting.
Trust takes clarity. Here are the straight answers.
Is spiritual language required?
No. We adapt the language to each company. Science, body exercises and symbols are presented separately.
Can it replace psychological care at the company?
No. SEIKÔ does not replace diagnosis, treatment or clinical intervention. When the challenge requires it, we recommend working with licensed professionals.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
It depends on your company. We don’t sell closed packages: we define it with you after the first conversation.
Which workshop is right for my team?
We choose it together after listening to your case.
Is this a sales training like the others?
No. The workshops work on attention, listening, calm and how you value what you sell. They don’t replace training on your product, your customer system (CRM) or your sales processes.
Do you promise more sales or a better atmosphere?
We don’t promise figures before agreeing on what will be measured and under what conditions. We work on the human skills that influence those results.
What we offer
Four workshops and two ways to continue. We choose after listening to you.
We don’t sell closed packages. First we understand your case, then we suggest which workshop, in what order and how to continue.
Workshop 1 · Body and presence
El cuerpo que vende (The Body That Sells)
Use your body to communicate with presence and connect with the customer.
- For: Sales teams and leaders
Workshop 2 · Listening
El ojo que escucha (The Eye That Listens)
Learn to observe and truly listen: notice what the other person says and what they leave unsaid, with respect.
- For: Leaders, HR and sales
Workshop 3 · Emotions
La emoción que cierra (The Emotion That Closes)
Recognize how you feel when you lead, talk or negotiate, and learn to calm down before you respond.
- For: Leaders and sales teams
Workshop 4 · Money and value
El dinero que atrae (The Money That Attracts)
Look at what you believe about money, price and getting paid, so you can negotiate more clearly.
- For: Management and sales
To continue after the workshop
Protocolo Maestro
A practice program, so that what you learn doesn’t stay as one good workshop day.
To train your people
Guardianes del Campo (Guardians of the Field)
We train people in your company to look after these practices and to know when to look for professional help. They don’t replace psychologists or other professionals.

Assessment for your company
Let’s talk about your team. You leave with a first reading.
Fill in these details and WhatsApp will open with your message ready. The form doesn’t store your data on the site.
A first conversation to find out where to start.
What you get · 4This first conversation doesn’t promise to solve the problem in one call. It helps us know whether we can help you and what we still need to know before suggesting anything.
- Your case, made clear. The challenge, the people, the moment and what is already noticeable.
- A first reading. What might be happening and which step of the method to start with. It is not a clinical diagnosis.
- A suggested path. One workshop, a sequence or one more conversation, depending on how clear the case is.
- Clear limits. What SEIKÔ can work on, what it can’t, and when to bring in other professionals.
- Leaders and management
- HR and culture
- Sales teams
