Door I · Live experience for women

You didn’t lose your soul. You learned to live without listening to it.

Mujer Sin Alma is a live experience with staging, music and body work. It is for women who have cared for others so much that they stopped recognizing themselves.

Cross the threshold, be reborn within.

A woman with her eyes closed and her face raised.A rose quartz, up close.A woman's eye, up close.Half of a woman's face, looking straight ahead.A woman in profile.

Does this sound like you?

There is a tiredness that sleep doesn’t fix.

It is the tiredness of answering, caring, producing, staying quiet and carrying on. Meanwhile you feel yourself drifting away from who you are. You are not broken. Sometimes you are just functioning without listening to yourself.

  1. 01 · The weight

    Carrying everything

Being the one who fixes everything can become your identity. Strength stops being a choice and becomes a silent obligation.

  2. 02 · The mask

    Looking like you’re fine

Your body keeps going, your calendar keeps going, your smile keeps going. But you can’t remember the last time you were truly with yourself.

  3. 03 · The memory

    Listening to yourself again

This experience doesn’t ask you to become another woman. It invites you to meet again the one who stayed underneath everything you had to put up with.

Mujer Sin Alma is an artistic and transformational experience. It is not clinical therapy, it does not diagnose and it does not replace psychological or medical support.

Four acts to come back to yourself.

We don’t describe every moment: the surprise is part of how the experience looks after you. We do tell you the path it takes inside.

  1. I · El Duelo Silenciado (The Silenced Grief)

    Looking at the mask

The room becomes a mirror. With words, darkness, sound and silence, you recognize what you learned to keep quiet in order to keep going.

  2. II · El Llanto Sagrado (The Sacred Weeping)

    Opening the body

With breathing, rhythm and attention to your body, emotion stops being an idea and becomes something you feel.

  3. III · El Río de las Lágrimas (The River of Tears)

    Letting go of the weight

What you write becomes a gesture, and what is private finds a way to be shared with the group. Not to erase the pain, but so it stops defining you.

  4. IV · La Que Ya No Llora por Otros (The One Who No Longer Weeps for Others)

    Coming back different

The ending doesn’t promise a life without wounds. It invites you back to your body and your life with dignity, and with a new relationship with yourself.

Inside the room

You don’t come to watch. You come to live it.

It mixes theater and participation. No one is required to speak, to expose herself or to do an exercise she doesn’t want to do.

  1. Sound

    Music that goes with you

Music, sounds and silences set the emotional rhythm of each act. They are not background: they are part of the show.

  2. Body

    Breathe before explaining

You take part through breathing, writing and simple gestures that bring you into the present moment.

  3. Symbols

    What doesn’t fit in words

Darkness, the mirror, a symbolic fire and a red thread help you name what you feel without having to tell everything.

Is it for you?

This may be your moment if something in you no longer wants to stay quiet.

You don’t need a perfect story or the words to explain what you feel. You only need to choose, freely, to take part.

  1. It may keep you company

If you lost yourself holding everyone up

If you feel emotionally exhausted, went through a breakup or a loss, or don’t quite know who you are today. Or if you need to come back to yourself.

  2. It does not replace it

    Professional care

If you are in an acute crisis or need clinical care, this space does not replace specialized support.

  3. You decide

You take part within your limits

You can pause, choose not to share or leave an exercise. Nothing is done by force.

Questions before entering

Clarity is also a form of care.

These answers help you decide without spoiling the surprise.

Is it group therapy?

No. It is an artistic and personal-change experience. It may stir emotions, but it does not provide diagnosis or clinical treatment.

Do I have to tell my story in front of other people?

No. No one asks you to expose yourself. Each woman decides how much to share and which exercises to do.
