What data we receive
- What you write in the forms: name, company, role, team size or type of request, and message.
- Your WhatsApp number, when you write to us through that channel.
- The site does not use forms that store data on a server of our own, nor visit-measurement tools.
What we use it for
- To answer your request and, if you asked for it, to prepare an assessment or a proposal.
- To give you information about the door or program you asked about.
- We do not sell or transfer your data. We do not send you advertising unless you ask for it.
Third-party services
- Your message travels through WhatsApp (Meta), which has its own privacy policy and may process data outside Colombia.

Your rights
- To know, update and correct your data.
- To request proof of the authorization you gave.
- To know how your data has been used.
- To request deletion or revoke the authorization, when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep the data.
- To file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
- To access your data free of charge.
How to exercise them
- Write to founder@portalseiko.com with your name, how to reach you and what you are asking for.
- Inquiries are answered within a maximum of 10 business days (extendable by 5). Claims, within a maximum of 15 business days (extendable by 8).
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation or the business relationship lasts, and afterwards only what the law requires.
Effective date
From October 17, 2026. If it changes, the new version will be published here with its date.
