Door VII · 40-day program
Understanding is the start. What you repeat is what stays.
Continuity Programs (Programas de Continuidad) help you practice what you lived in a workshop, an experience or a book. The main one, the Protocolo Maestro, lasts 40 days.

Forty days, one step a day.

Does this sound like you?
A good workshop moves you. A week later, everything is the same again.
The Protocolo Maestro is not a stand-alone door. It is a way to continue after another door: a company workshop, Cuántica Fluida, an experience or a sound practice.
After understanding
Practicing
An idea shows when it changes your schedule, your words, your decisions and the small actions you repeat.
After feeling
Keeping it going
The excitement of the beginning fades. The program gives you a structure so you don’t depend only on motivation.
After the workshop
Bringing it into the day to day
It can be adapted to people, teams or communities, depending on the case and what is agreed.
Forty days
A calendar so you don’t improvise change.
Forty is a symbolic number of change, and also a time for repeating. The content of each program is set case by case.
Four stages of ten days. Each with its own task.
This is how the program is organized. It is a guide, not a fixed promise of results.
Days 01–10
Recognize
See where you are starting from, what you do on autopilot and which habit you want to work on.
Days 11–20
Interrupt
Start a practice that gives you room to breathe between what happens and how you react.
Days 21–30
Relate
Notice how the practice changes your conversations, your limits and your daily decisions.
Days 31–40
Integrate
Decide what you keep doing after the program and how to keep it up without depending on outside push.
What it can include
One structure. The content changes with your case.
We don’t publish a fixed list before confirming the program. Depending on the case, it can combine these parts.
Small action
Something that does fit in your day
A concrete, visible exercise, designed so the program doesn’t become one more impossible obligation.
Word
A question or a decree
A question or a sentence you say with intention (a decree) to direct your attention. It is a symbolic practice, not a guarantee that something will happen.
Listening
A sound that goes with you
If it is included, it can go with a pause, your breathing or a ritual. It is confirmed in each program.
Record
Writing it down without chasing perfection
Short questions to notice whether you are practicing, what is hard for you and what changes for you.
Group
Not practicing alone
Some programs include shared spaces. You are told before you sign up.
Closing
Deciding what stays
The idea is not to repeat the program forever, but to recognize which practice is worth keeping.
Frequently asked questions
Consistency, without magic promises.
Dates and formats are announced once they are confirmed.
Do all programs last 40 days?
The Protocolo Maestro lasts 40 days. Other programs are only published once they are well defined.
Is there a new group every month?
There is no fixed date. Write to us and we will tell you only the confirmed dates.
Can I start without having lived another SEIKÔ experience?
It depends on the program. In the first conversation we see whether it makes sense to start here or at another door.
Does the program promise to change a habit in 40 days?
No. It gives you a structure to repeat and observe. What happens depends on your case, your practice and your circumstances.
To begin
Tell us what you have lived. We’ll tell you if this is your next step.
